District Governor (DG): Karen daSilva Bismarck Lions Club
Provides visionary leadership to the district, ensuring that clubs are supported, motivated, and aligned with Lions Clubs International goals. First Vice District Governor (1VDG): Jacob Thrailkill Minot Lions Club

Second Vice District Governor (2VDG): Brian Beckers Capital City Lions Club

Cabinet Positions
Cabinet Secretary: Rebecca Reindel New England Lions
Maintains accurate records of all cabinet meetings, correspondence, and reports to ensure proper documentation and communication within the district. Serves as a liaison between district leadership and the clubs for administrative efficiency.
Cabinet Treasurer: Doreen Ottemoeller Bismarck Lions
Manages district finances, including budgeting, receiving and disbursing funds, and maintaining transparent financial records. Ensures financial compliance with Lions Clubs International policies and supports financial literacy in clubs.
LCIF Coordinator: Sherry Fetch Dacotah Mandan Lions
Promotes awareness and fundraising for Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) and helps clubs apply for and manage grants. Acts as the local champion for LCIF’s mission to empower humanitarian service.
District Administrator: Gary Morel New England Lions
Serves as the key liaison between Lions Clubs and the district leadership. Supports club operations. Manage records, coordinates club reporting.
